Tradiscantia Zebrina is an attractive creeping plant with a metallic, sivler and putple fleshy leaf, they are great for hanging baskets and to fill in areas quickly in your garden.
Don't be confused by its evil cousin, this Tradiscantia is not invasive, it does not grow from roots in the ground and it will not tollerate frost or full sun. It does not require a great deal of attention, only a scoop of fertailzer every 12 months or so. If it grows too large just pull off the bits that you dont wan't.
Note: Some people have a slight skin irritation to this plant when they come in contact with the sap in the leaf, so to avoid this just use scissors, gloves or wash your hands after you handle the plant.
