All orders are subject to Biemond Nurseries’ terms & conditions. Please contact nursery@biemond.com.au for a copy.

We rely on third-party logistics companies to transport our stock. Our responsibility ceases when the transport company accepts the plants. You can contact the transport company directly if there are any issues, the phone number is on your invoice. While we endeavour to have your plants dispatched on the next available date based on the transport company’s scheduled delivery day, same-week delivery is not always guaranteed.

If there are issues with your stock quality, please contact the nursery within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. After this time we cannot credit or return unsatisfactory stock.

Prices are subject to change at the nursery’s discretion.
